My Daily Read is operated by David Fore. We want you to feel good about your subscription. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your order and request a refund, or
- Email us at hello@mydailyread.ai with your order details and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are usually issued back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account in the App or from Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the rest of the period you've already paid for.
